After a Shutdown in Monopoly GO, check your shields and cash before repairing the damaged landmark or spending more dice. While partner activities can help with resource planning, Monopoly Go Partners Event should not replace your recovery reserve.
Recover before raising your multiplier
Open the board overview and inspect the affected landmarks, shield charges, cash balance and remaining dice. Compare the damage with the cash you have available before starting another run of rolls.
Repair the damaged landmark if the cost leaves enough cash for further recovery. Then check the landmark again and confirm that the visible damage has cleared before committing more resources.
If repairs would leave your cash balance too low, stop spending on optional upgrades. A large multiplier can consume the dice you need later, while an unfinished repair leaves the same landmark exposed.
Protect the board during Rent Frenzy
Prioritize shields on the board with the strongest existing landmark stack. Check the shield display before rolling, and collect any available shield rewards before using dice to pursue more charges.
The supplied event schedule places Rent Frenzy on November 5, 2026, at about 04:00 to 09:59 local event time. Treat that as a planning window, not a confirmed schedule: check the in-game event display before spending dice for it.
Finish a worthwhile upgrade early rather than starting several partial builds near the end of the window. If only a few minutes remain, avoid opening another board or starting an upgrade that could take time away from the event.
After a Shutdown, revisit the board overview instead of assuming your shields are still full. A missing charge and a damaged landmark call for different responses: replenish protection where possible, then decide whether you can afford the repair.
Keep resources ready for High Roller
Reserve dice and cash for the next session instead of spending everything during Rent Frenzy. The supplied schedule places High Roller at roughly 10:00 to 15:59 local event time, but its availability and timing should also be checked in the game.
Before increasing the roll multiplier, confirm three things on the board: your shield count, your cash balance and the active event display. Raise the multiplier in steps only if the remaining dice and cash can support another recovery.
Stop upgrading when a repair would consume the cash you have set aside. Likewise, stop rolling at a high multiplier if your dice reserve falls below the amount you want to carry into High Roller.
Before your next session, check the damaged landmark and shield display once more, then review Mgo stickers separately from the dice and cash reserved for recovery.
