The “Nightlife Leak: The Nightclub” mission is a key part of the Dr. Dre VIP Contract in GTA Online’s The Contract DLC. It tasks players with investigating a data leak at a nightclub owned by the Los Santos Triads, where stolen music and sensitive information are being hidden.
Data Recovery mission, players receive a call from Imani and Franklin directing them to the Agency building. From the Agency’s office computer, players access the Contract Database and select the Nightlife Leak mission to begin. The mission involves investigating three data leaks, with the nightclub being one of the main sites.
Players first locate and steal a Cleaning Van marked on the map, which is crucial for a stealthy approach. Using the van allows players to enter the nightclub disguised as cleaning staff, reducing suspicion and making it easier to navigate the club without alerting enemies. While inside, players must sweep suspicious areas with the right D-pad button to keep their suspicion meter low.
The primary goal is to reach the nightclub’s second floor, enter the VIP room through a door next to the dancefloor, and retrieve a security tape placed on a semi-circular table. Once the tape is secured, a firefight ensues, requiring players to quickly switch weapons and eliminate hostile guards.
After collecting the tape, players must fight their way out of the nightclub. The mission encourages preparation with body armor and careful use of cover due to the intense enemy resistance. If players die, they can re-enter the club and pick up the tape again to continue. The final step is to escape the area by stealing a nearby vehicle and returning to the Agency while evading pursuing enemies.
