Storm Wave carries the middle stretch
After the Hollow Palm swap, Storm Wave becomes the comfortable clear skill for a lot of players. It hits hard enough, reaches well enough, and doesn’t make every pack feel like a chore. Around level 41, you can start making a more personal choice. Whirling Assault feels great if you like staying active and cutting through packs. Shattering Palm suits players who prefer burst windows and cleaner single-target setups. On the passive tree, don’t skip the obvious power. Concussive Attack and Tenfold Attacks are the sort of nodes that make the build stop feeling patched together and start feeling planned.
Boss damage comes from clean hands
The fancy part is the boss rotation, and it’s where good Monk players separate themselves. People call it Wyvern Tech, but it’s not just showing off. You set up with Wing Blast, use Rend to consume your charges, then cash in on that big damage window. The neat bit is cancelling the slow recovery with a grenade so you’re not standing there like a training dummy. It takes practice, and you’ll mess it up at first. That’s normal.
